Pharmacist and Technicians find this to be an extremely useful and productive feature of the HangRx™ Bin Management system. With a typical "Return to stock" procedure, technicians must look at the date on each bottle in their will-call in order to find the prescriptions that have aged. The aged prescriptions must then have a claim reversal done on them, then the abandoned item must be returned back to inventory.

By generating "Pickup Reminder Calls"
HangRx™ Bin Management can be setup to automatically send your customer a friendly reminder call after a lapsed time specified by you. This powerful feature also allows you to record multiple Voice messages or setup multiple Text messages that allows you to send different messages at different elapsed times, and in multiple languages!
By reducing number of "Return to Stock" items
Studies have shown that up to 70% of the customers called will pickup their forgotten prescriptions. This means less items returned to stock, which equates directly to more sales. This also means additional time (money) saved in not returning already filled prescriptions back to inventory.
By producing "Return to Stock" lists
HangRx™ Bin Management allows you to specify a date range, and will then print you a list of all aged items in your will-call in the specified range, with the exact location of each item. You would then use the list to locate each item in your will-call that needs to be returned to stock inventory. HangRx™ Bin Management will also capture the co-pay and display it when you look up the prescription for retrieval. This is a valuable feature for letting your customers know what their co-pays are even BEFORE you turn around to retrieve their prescription.
Capture Signatures instantly!
HangRx™ Bin Management also has signature capture capability. This is a handy and useful feature that can be added on to your HangRx™ bin management / will-call management system as a plug-in module, giving you and your customers an added layer of legal protection. HangRx™ Bin Management keeps a database and gives you a history of all prescriptions picked up. With the signature capture module, it will also capture a signature of the person picking up the prescription and attach it to the pickup record.
Automatically send customers Text and/or Voice "Pickup Reminder" messages
This "pickup reminder" call feature a powerful tool. There are pharmacies paying thousands of dollars for stand-alone IVR systems with special and expensive hardware just to get this feature.
