How It Works

DisplayRx™ Digital Signage tells customers when their prescription is ready for pickup.

When a prescription is scanned into will-call, a notice will appear on a screen outside of the pick-up window, letting customers know their Rx is ready.
DisplayRx™ Digital Signage is HIPAA compliant and will display information in a variety of effective ways to allow only your customer to identify him or herself on the display screen.
DisplayRx™ Digital Signage also displays advertisements. DisplayRx™ Digital Signage easily loads ads, pictures, web pages, mp3’s, or videos. The media can then be managed on-site or at a corporate location for multiple sites. This space may be used to promote store specials or sold to vendors to promote new products. The "air-time" can be used to generate new revenue, allowing this tool to quickly pay for itself.

If you are not using the Suncrest HangRx™ automated pharmacy will-call system, DisplayRx™ Digital Signage can still easily interface and operate in conjunction with your current pharmacy management or will-call system as a “plug-in” device.

DisplayRx™ Digital Signage also has the ability to be used as a stand-alone system.

If you do not have a will-call system to interface to, simply scan the prescription, and DisplayRx™ Digital Signage will convert the information from the prescription # and send it to the display screen in a HIPAA compliant format of your choice, letting your customer know their Rx is ready and still giving you all the functionality of the media display.
